Kevin has been practicing physical therapy since 1991 in a wide variety of settings but mostly in outpatient orthopedic clinics. He has been a clinic manager in a few companies since 2000 and decided to start his own practice in 2015. Flaherty PT has grown from 2 employees to 30 since 2015.
In 2024, Kevin felt that the well being of his staff and his customers was of the utmost importance to him and his Leadership Team. So, he decided to start offering more post PT programs that would allow for all to have better health and well Being. This concept of well-being also created Flaherty Flex!
